How I Can Help

Since 2014, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal health and happiness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits, needs and lifestyle choices. As a certified Small Business, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your your physical and emotional well-being.

In home care

Keep individuals safe and happy in their own homes/communities.  Assist with any non-medical daily needs to live a full life. 

Medical Needs Oversight

Doctors appointments and medications be leave an individual confused. I can assist in helping make sure all doctors orders are followed, appointments made and medications up to date. 

Transportation

Help indiviuals get out of their homes and enjoy their communities.  Doctors appointments, shopping, errands, hair appointments, lunch with friends, any and all activities.

Wellness Services

Companion Care

Be there of individuals in times of loneliness and an shoulder for them to lean on.

Take them out to enjoy activities and live a well rounded life.

Dietary Needs

Help implement healthy food choices.

Meal planning and preparation. 

Physical Wellbeing

Help follow up with physical therapy.

Stay active to maintain strength and independence.
